A property buyer’s agent typically locates and negotiates the purchase of a property on behalf of the buyer.
They may conduct research on a wide area of property, assisting potential buyers to buy in an area which suits them.
Through research, property buyer’s agents often have a stronger understanding of fair value, compared to a novice.
Buyer’s agents may charge a fee for access to their research, and a fee for actively participating in the research of a particular property or for negotiation, whether direct or at auction.
