Employer/employee
If you are an employee, your employer is a member of your team. If you are an employer, your employee’s are a part of your team.
Sometimes the employee or employer holds an employer versus employee attitude. By taking an employee and employer approach, far greater results and outcomes are achieved for all.
In saying this, both parties need to take a co-operative attitude to wealth creation, looking to support each other in their successes.
It won’t work when such an attitude is only coming from one party.
